    The common problems in plastic mold processing are: 1. If the flying mold is not good, the product will have a sharp edge; 2. Whether the cooling channel can quickly and evenly cool the mold; 3. The design of flow channel should be reasonable and balanced, and the exhaust should be done well; 4. Do not install less wrong parts in the assembly mold, and the movement between modules should be smooth; 5. The size and plastic materials have shrinkage, and the mold size should be multiplied by the material shrinkage; 6. The size of the rubber inlet is appropriate, which makes the product separation difficult and the injection of too small rubber parts is not satisfied; 7. In terms of demoulding and ejection, whether the demoulding slope of the cavity is enough, the surface is polished well, the arrangement of ejector pins should be reasonable, and the stroke of inclined top position should be enough.
